When creating an account with Forebear, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details (Full Name, Phone Number, and Email Address). You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials. Any activity conducted under your generated User ID remains your responsibility.
Fresh Roast Orders & Fulfillment
Our specialty coffee powders and whole beans are roasted in micro-batches to guarantee freshness.
- Orders are queued for dispatch according to roast cycles (typically within 24 to 48 hours).
- Depending on the specified delivery area, delivery could take up to seven days.
- Product availability and harvest variations may occasionally affect blend ratios or stock counts.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping, Returns & Quality Assurance
Due to the perishable and food-grade nature of ground coffee and roasted beans, we do not accept returns once a bag has been unsealed. If you receive a damaged pouch, incorrect roast profile, or defective packaging, contact our support within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
Intellectual Property
All branding, custom roast blends, logos, imagery, product descriptions, and web layouts remain the exclusive property of Forebear Co.
Your Privacy Matters: We value your trust. We collect only what is strictly necessary to roast, pack, ship, and support your coffee orders.
